What the free month looks like

The trial is the whole product, not a stripped version of it. Every feature is switched on, there is no user limit, and nothing is watermarked or held back until you pay. The idea is that you run a real month of work through it, because that is the only way to find out whether it fits.

What happens at the end of the month?

You choose monthly or yearly billing, or you stop. Nothing is charged automatically: no card is stored during the trial, so there is nothing for us to charge. If you do not choose, the account simply stops working and we get in touch once.

Do I keep my data if I continue?

Yes. The trial is your own environment, not a sandbox that gets thrown away. Everything you enter during the month is still there when you move to a paid subscription, including projects, hours, invoices and customers.

Can I invite colleagues during the trial?

Yes, as many as you like, and it costs nothing during the trial month. That is deliberate: time tracking with an approval step only shows its worth once more than one person is entering hours.
