Before you write
How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to answer every message within one business day. Customers get an answer sooner: the support times of your plan apply — a bug is picked up within 30 minutes on both plans, a question is answered within 2 hours on Standard and within 30 minutes on Partner — on business days between 9:00 and 17:00 (CET).
Can I get a demo?
Yes. Mention it in your message and we will arrange a walkthrough built around the way your agency actually works, rather than a generic tour.
Is there phone support?
Yes, for trial users and customers. Leave your number and we will call rather than write.
Something is broken. Where do I report it?
Email support@adcompro.app directly with what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. That gets it fixed fastest.
What language can I write in?
Dutch, English, German or French. The application itself exists in those four languages and every user picks their own in their profile, so a team spread across borders does not have to settle on one. We reply in the language you wrote in.
How long does it take to get started?
The account itself is ready in a couple of minutes. Setting it up around the way you work usually takes one or two sessions: we go through what you track, the steps your work goes through and the figures you want to see, and then configure the modules that way. That is part of the delivery, not an extra invoice.
Can I speak to someone before signing up?
Yes, and it is often faster than a trial run in the dark. Tell us how your agency works and where your current tools get in the way, and we will tell you plainly whether AdComPro answers that or not. If it does not fit, you will hear that from us too.
