The assistant answers questions about your own administration: which projects are going over budget, how many hours have not been invoiced yet, who worked on what.

| Question buttons | Ready-made questions: What needs attention?, Revenue per customer, Unbilled hours, Hours per employee, Top projects by hours, Over budget, Stalled and Milestones this month. You can then simply keep asking follow-up questions. |
| Project export (Excel) | Puts a project overview into an Excel file. |
| Input field + Send | Ask your own question, in plain language. |
| Model choice | Which AI model answers. A heavier model thinks things through more thoroughly but costs more; a lighter model is faster and cheaper. |
| Memory | What the assistant remembers about your organization between conversations. |
| New chat | Starts an empty conversation. |
What the assistant may and may not do. It only reads your organization’s data and only what your role is allowed to see. It sends nothing to customers and changes nothing without your own confirmation.
AI usage
Under AI usage in the top menu you see per month what the use of the AI components has cost, with ← and → to browse through the months.
