AdComPro is not one block of software. It is built from modules, and every one of them can be adapted to the organisation that uses it. Not the colours and the logo, but the part that matters: which data a module holds, and how it behaves.
How it works
Modules, not one fixed program

Every part of the platform stands on its own: the projects, the hours, the budgets, the invoicing, the client records, the reports. They work together, but they are separate pieces. That is what makes them adjustable without the rest breaking.
So a module does not have to do what it does by default. It can hold the fields your work actually needs, drop the ones you never fill in, and follow the steps your organisation takes rather than the ones we assumed. Two agencies can run the same module and recognise their own way of working in it.
At delivery
Included when we set you up
Adapting the modules to how you work is part of delivering the application, not an upsell afterwards. We go through it together: what you track, what you do not, which steps your work goes through, which figures you want to see. Then we set it up that way.
That costs you nothing on top of the subscription. It is simply how we hand over a working system rather than an empty one.
Later on
Wishes that come up later
Organisations change. You take on a different kind of client, you drop a service, someone joins with a way of working that turns out to be better. Then a module needs to change with you.
Those requests are picked up at a reduced rate, below what this kind of development normally costs. You get a quote per request, so you know what you are agreeing to before we start. And if a setting already does what you were about to pay for, we will tell you that instead.
Questions people ask
Can every module really be adapted?
Yes, that is what the modular build is for. The data a module holds and the way it behaves can follow your organisation. What we will not promise is that every conceivable wish is free of effort, because that is not true of any software.
What does customisation cost at delivery?
Nothing extra. Setting the modules up around your way of working is part of the delivery, covered by the subscription.
And if we want something changed a year from now?
Then it is quoted at a reduced rate, below the normal development rate. You get the price per request in advance, so there are no surprises afterwards.
Do we end up on our own version that never gets updates?
No. Adjustments live inside the modular structure, so your environment keeps receiving the improvements everyone else gets. That is the reason the platform is built this way.
Tell us how you work
Describe what your organisation tracks and where other tools got in the way. We will tell you which modules would change, and what that takes.
