AdComPro 2.0 is online. It is the largest release since the platform was launched, and the change that matters most is not on any feature list. Version 2 is built from modules, and every one of those modules can be adapted to the organisation that uses it. From now on, every client gets an application that fits the way their business actually works.
Why version 2
One platform, tailored to each client
Agencies rarely work the same way. One runs on monthly retainers with a budget that rolls over, another quotes fixed prices per project, a third bills every hour. Until now, software forced all of them into the same screens and the same steps. With 2.0 we turned that around.
Every part of AdComPro — projects, hours, budgets, invoicing, client records, reports — is now a separate module. Modules can be switched on or off per organisation, and each one can be adjusted: the fields it holds, the steps it follows, the figures it shows. Two agencies can run the same module and each recognise their own way of working in it. That adaptation is part of how we set you up, not an extra afterwards.
What is new
The improvements in 2.0
- Project types. Retainer, SLA, fixed price, prepaid hours, time and materials, subscription or internal — each with its own rules for budget and invoicing, so a report is right the first time.
- Client reports the way you want them. The activity report PDF is fully configurable: font, logo, section order, colours, columns and what to show or hide. Save up to twenty layouts and pick one per client.
- Invoice templates and adjustments. Reusable templates, and discounts, surcharges or corrections applied while you prepare an invoice from a report.
- Working hours per employee. Record who works which hours on which day. Leave and sickness for a longer period are then booked in one go, on the right days with the right hours.
- AI Worker. Ask for data in plain language — “which projects are far over their maximum fee?” — and get the answer, or an Excel file, straight away.
- Notification rules and your own mailbox. Decide who is told about what, and send mail through Microsoft 365 from your own address.
- Reports that can be reopened. A finalised report can be reverted by an administrator or project manager when a correction is needed afterwards.
- Security and peace of mind. Two-factor authentication, password expiry, and a complete automatic backup every day — nothing to set up on your side.
Custom work
Wishes that go further than a setting
Sometimes an organisation needs something no setting covers: a field that does not exist yet, a step in the approval flow nobody else has, a report in exactly the shape a client expects. Because of the modular design we can now build that as a custom module, for one client, without touching what everyone else uses. You get a quote per request, and if an existing setting already does the job, we will tell you so.
