Standard · for daily operations
A suitable choice if you want to use the existing features and need support when questions arise. Start with a trial month to assess your daily workflow.
Partner · for development and extra guidance
Consider Partner if you want additional modules or integrations developed, or prefer a named contact. Partner includes 20% off custom development and the additional services listed below.
Both plans include setup assistance when you choose an annual subscription. Additional development is quoted separately. With a monthly subscription, we agree on any setup assistance in advance.
Support and service
Both plans include every feature, and a bug is picked up just as fast on both. Partner is designed for agencies that need tailored functionality: a discount on custom development, a faster proposal and priority in development planning. The clock starts when your report reaches us and runs on business days between 9:00 and 17:00 (CET); a report at half past four on Friday is on the clock again on Monday morning.

Questions about pricing
How does the pricing work?
Simple per-user pricing, in two plans. Standard is €19.95 per user per month, or €17.95 if you bill yearly. Partner is €4.50 more: €24.45 per user per month, or €22.45 yearly. Every feature is included in both.
What is the difference between Standard and Partner?
Not the software, and not how fast a bug is picked up: those are the same for everyone. Partner is designed for agencies that need tailored functionality: 20% off custom development, a worked-out proposal with a quote within 2 business days, priority in development planning, a named contact who answers a question within 30 minutes, and half an hour every quarter to look at how you use AdComPro.
Can I change plans or team size?
Yes. Switch between Standard and Partner whenever you like, and add or remove users the same way; the change applies immediately and is settled on the next invoice. You are never locked into a plan or a seat count you have outgrown or no longer need.
What happens after the free month?
You choose Standard or Partner, monthly or yearly, or you cancel. Nothing is charged automatically, because there is no card on file during the trial.
Are there setup fees?
Your trial environment is created automatically without an activation fee. Setup and onboarding assistance are included with an annual subscription. For a monthly subscription, we agree on setup assistance in advance.
Is VAT included?
No, every amount here excludes VAT. We invoice from the Netherlands: Dutch customers are charged 21% VAT, and for business customers elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number the VAT is reverse charged, so the invoice comes without it. Outside the EU we do not charge Dutch VAT. The help center sets out how that works.
