The complete AdComPro manual: from first setup to invoicing and the accounting link. Each chapter covers one part of the platform, step by step, in the order you meet it in practice. New here? Start with Getting started: that chapter sets up a working environment in six steps.
Prefer everything screen by screen? Besides this manual there is also the AdComPro Handbook: 28 chapters that walk through every screen and every button, with screenshots from a sample environment.
Setting up
1. Getting started
Setting up a new environment, from logging in to your first client: company setup, base settings, enabling modules and inviting your team. This is the chapter for the administrator who prepares the environment.
2. Modules and settings
Every feature in AdComPro is a module you switch on or off per environment. How module management works, what the settings page controls, and where the theme, notification rules and backups live.
Daily work
3. Projects
The project page is the file of a single engagement: milestones and tasks, the team and its permissions, rates on four levels and additional costs. This is also where you learn why a rate is locked once hours are booked against it.
4. The seven project types
Retainer, support subscription, fixed price, prepaid hours, time and materials, subscription and internal work: what each type does, when to pick which, and what the app shows for each.
5. Recurring projects
A retainer returns every period, and the app creates those periods itself. How the series works, what is copied into a new month, and how to end a series cleanly when a client cancels.
6. Time tracking
Logging time from any page, the approval workflow, internal hours without a project, and the checks that catch booking mistakes before they reach an invoice.
7. Capacity planning
Who works on what and when: a weekly grid per employee with availability from the work schedule minus leave and sick time, occupancy colours and the same plan flipped per project.
8. Budgets and tracking
Monthly budgets, rollover into the next month, the year overview and balance corrections. Plus: invoicing projects in dollars with a fixed monthly rate.
Money and relations
9. Reports and invoicing
From approved hours to the report that becomes the invoice: generating, editing in the spreadsheet editor, finalising and sending. With the invoice templates, the Exact link and e-invoicing via Peppol.
10. Purchase invoices
Record supplier invoices, monitor them and rebill them to the customer with a markup — the cost line automatically appears on the next report. Including UBL e-invoice import.
11. Customers and new business
The customer base with contacts and an activity log, sharing a customer with another organisation, and the new business pipeline that turns a won prospect into a customer.
Team and tools
12. Team, roles and leave
Users and their roles, working schedules per day, requesting leave and recording sick days, and the report that compares booked hours with what was expected.
13. The AI assistant
Asking questions about your own administration in plain language, what the assistant deliberately does not do, and the cost overview that shows AI usage per company and per employee.
Stuck? In the app, the question mark on every page opens the help for that screen, and Support puts your question straight to us. What we promise in response speed is on the pricing page.
